I hear you folks have a pretty badass rk1 guild in this game Anarchy Online, and it just so happens i not only play that game, but currently belong to no *actual* organization. Also, word on the street is i may know some of your peoples! So here is my membership application for your perusal:

-How would you describe yourself as a MMOG player? AO has been my only MMOG really, im not unfamiliar with others, just uninterested in playing them (so far). that said, since day 1 of playing i have always seen pvp as the "end" result of any finished character, regardless of level, not counting money making processes.
i enjoy pvm, AO is an amazing game the first time or 2 through everything, and i still have fun with newly added or unfamiliar content (quests for new profs and such), but i dont see all the levelling, raids, missions and so forth as the reason i play, only the means to an end (pvp).
like most, im always up for teaming with people in all activities in the game, down to help out with anything from teaming to spreading the knowledge, and enjoy a nice lively guild chat.
-Describe your experiences in other MMOGs (WoW, UO, EQ, AC, etc...)? well ok, i mostly answered this one above, but ill clarify. I have tried out my friend's characters in DAoC and wow, prolly about 5 mins or so each, and was unimpressed. I do actively play League of Legends, but its not massively multiplayer, and ill let Kink debate what kind of game it actually is.
-Have you ever been in another guild in AO? I started playing AO in Metal Mayhem, a home i remember fondly. a couple of my irl friends were in that guild (it was they who got me hooked on the game), and most of the people who were in MM went on to join Synergy Factor around the same time as me. Ultimately MM was renamed "Under New Management", and is currently the farm guild of my bff Taciturn/Ioro.
I was in Synergy Factor for over 3 years, 2 of them as an adivor. SF and the guild Ancarim Iron Legion, with whom they share a linked GC, are amazing people, and if i didnt have a severe falling out with another SF adivor i likely would never have left. It was a deal breaker though, and rather than cause a lot of drama, i chose to leave.
-What exactly are you looking for in a guild?1. living humans, to share witty banter with.
2. players that like to kill other players.
3. oh yeah, also Vitalitus.
4. i do have one little thing, its my farm guild. i need to either leave tech in it, or get reinvites to storm after using it for farmage. I cant solo ground raids with the agent or sold (i know, i know, noob). whatever is easiest/best for you all, i dont mind the purple text spam myself.
-What time zone are you in?GMT -6 or 7, depending on daylight savings i think. in other words, Central US. I am rather nocturnal though, so i tend to see your aussies a good bit when im on.
