Topic: Convert your pictures!!

It seems quite a few people are posting pics dirrectly from their screenshot folder, in .png format. Please convert your pics to a compressed format (such as .jpg) before posting them. These files are much smaller and will therefor load much faster, as well as saving some valuable bandwidth. Paintshop does the trick very easily, and I'm sure there's a ton of shareware progs out there that will too. Thanks.
